s444 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Carefully

Eligibility

To open and maintain an account on s444, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. It is a criminal offence in many jurisdictions for persons under the legal gambling age to use gambling services. s444 strictly enforces this requirement and will terminate any account found to have been registered by or used by a person under 21.
• You must be an individual natural person acting on your own behalf, not acting as an agent, trustee, or representative of any third party.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of s444 or any affiliated entity, nor a close family member of any such person.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by s444 or any third-party responsible gaming programme. If you have previously self-excluded, you may not attempt to open a new account without first contacting s444 support to have your exclusion reviewed.

Account Registration & Verification

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on s444 at any time. The opening of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein. When registering, you agree to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number. s444 is entitled to request documentary evidence to verify your identity and age at any time, including but not limited to:

• National Identity Card (NID) or passport issued by the Government of Bangladesh.
• A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence confirming your current address, issued within the past 90 days.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g. screenshot of the registered bKash or Nagad account matching your s444 profile name).
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by s444's compliance team in connection with Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified deadline may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.

Deposits & Withdrawals

s444 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods designed for players in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select bank transfer options. The following financial terms apply to all transactions on the platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. s444 does not charge a platform fee on deposits, though your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳100. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise approved by s444's finance team.
• All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. s444 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the amount.
• Withdrawals linked to active bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirement being met in full before the withdrawal can be processed. Attempting to withdraw before meeting the wagering requirement will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• s444 will not process any withdrawal to a payment account that does not match the name on the player's s444 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Any attempt to withdraw funds to an account held in a different name will be flagged and investigated.

Bonuses & Promotions

s444 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above only. s444 reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on s444 and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities.
• Using funds derived from illegal activity to make deposits on s444. s444 has a zero-tolerance policy toward money laundering and actively monitors transactions for suspicious activity in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering standards.
• Employing any form of matched betting, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation of bonus offers in a manner that violates the spirit of the promotion or imposes an economic burden on s444 disproportionate to fair play.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing s444 staff or other players through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or social media.

s444 reserves the right to investigate any account at any time and to suspend or terminate an account where a breach of these Terms is suspected, pending investigation. Any funds held in a suspended account will not be released until the investigation is concluded. Where fraud or criminal conduct is confirmed, s444 reserves the right to report the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities.

Responsible Gaming

s444 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform operates a number of player protection tools designed to support responsible gaming:

• Deposit limits — players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on their s444 account. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase requires a cooling-off period of 24 hours before it becomes active.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, s444 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the s444 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of business opportunity, whether arising under contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if s444 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

s444's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your s444 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action and whether s444 has been advised of the possibility of such liability.

Amendments & Governing Law

s444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice to players. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the s444 platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the amendments. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly to ensure you remain aware of the current version.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
